Sea Glass: If your piece of sea glass starts to look dirty or dull just hand wash it with soap and a soft toothbrush, let it air dry or pat dry with a paper towel and add a small drop of mineral oil to the sea glass to give it that "Fresh Out Of The Water" look.

Seashells: If your seashell gets dirty just hand wash it with soap and water and let it air dry.

Mermaid Vial necklaces: Don't attempt to open the bottles. All bottles have been glued shut with a strong adhesive and trying to open it can cause permanent damage to the cork.

Silver Wire and Sterling Silver: If you're silver wire starts to look dull just use a polishing cloth to bring it's shine back.

Gold Dipped Items: Please don't attempt to remove the gold. This gold is not real gold and attempting to remove this gold dipped appearance can cause permanent damage to your item such as scratches, chips, peeling, and even cracks.

I take a 50% up-front payment on all custom orders. Once the item is completed I will send you a picture of the item along with a link for the new listing for the remainder of the 50% of the order plus S&H. Item will not be shipped until the total cost of the item is paid. If for any reason you decide not to get the item after you have paid the 50% up-front payment you will get only half of what you paid back depending on how far in I am with the order and the cost in materials that I have already purchased. When shipping says 3-5 days it means that it will leave my hands in that time frame. This gives me 3-5 days to catch up on orders, package them, print labels out, and drop them off at the post office all around my busy family schedule. These 3-5 days are business days. I spend the weekends with my family so I don't work on the weekends on my shop. I sometimes will post things on social media but won't work on actual orders during this time frame.

Yes! My sea glass and seashells are authentic and hand picked on the shore of various beaches.


Can you change the color of your sea glass?

No! The sea glass pieces each have their own color and prices range according to their color rarity as some colors are harder to find than others. The color can not be altered in any way.


What is sea glass?

Sea glass are pieces of glass from bottles and other glass products that humans have tossed out to the rivers and oceans. These pieces have tumbled for years, even decades, in the ocean. The sand and salt smooths the pieces out giving it that frosty appearance. Each piece has a different feel to it depending on the texture of the sand at that location.
